What is the ruling on subscribing to websites that tweet on your behalf with a verse and claim that you will be rewarded without reading it, and do these websites not distort the Qur’an?

Subscribing to applications that spread good deeds on behalf of a person is permissible, and it falls under cooperation in spreading knowledge. The account owner will receive reward according to his intention. However, it is a condition that the accredited entity be trustworthy and known for its Sharia knowledge, and that the subscriber be diligent in reading and benefiting from the content, and not to rely solely on this subscription, believing it to be sufficient.
