There is no objection to registering on websites that publish tweets containing verses, authentic hadiths, or beneficial words. This falls under the category of cooperation in righteousness and piety, and it is considered an authorization for those in charge of these sites to publish them. The delegator is not deprived of the original reward, because registration was a cause for their publication, and Allah records what they have put forth and their traces.
