Is a house considered a grave if women pray in it, or does the hadith refer only to men?

The hadith that encourages prayer in homes is directed at men, because they are obligated to pray in mosques, and the hadith urges them to dedicate a portion of their prayers (supererogatory prayers) to the home. As for women, they are originally addressed with praying at home, whether it is an obligatory or supererogatory prayer. The correct understanding is that the prayer intended in the hadith is the supererogatory prayer, due to the concealment it offers and its distance from ostentation, and for the blessing of the home, the descent of mercy and angels into it, and the expulsion of Satan. For this reason, a woman's prayer in her home is considered better.
