Is it permissible to delay the Isha prayer until three in the morning due to waking up early for work?

The obligatory prayers should be performed in congregation in the mosques, unless there is a legitimate excuse such as illness or fear. It is permissible to delay the Isha prayer beyond its initial time for those who will pray in congregation. Its time extends from the disappearance of the red twilight until one-third of the night, and some say until half of it. What comes after that is considered a time of necessity, and it is not permissible to delay it until then except for an excuse. The night is calculated from sunset to dawn to determine its one-third or one-half.
