The actions of the colleague and the actresses are forbidden and considered minor sins. The adultery of the eyes is gazing, the adultery of the tongue is speaking, and the adultery of the soul is wishing and lusting. You must advise him and forbid him from evil, and frighten him with texts that warn against mixing with and touching women, such as the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "For one of you to be stabbed in the head with an iron needle is better for him than to touch a woman who is not lawful for him."

Boycotting is legislated if it helps deter him from sin; otherwise, it is not appropriate. You should not tire of advising him and engaging him in dialogue. Boycotting is a medicine used when there is a cure in it. If its benefit outweighs its harm, it is desirable. If its harm outweighs its benefit, it is forbidden. If neither outweighs the other, then it is closer to being forbidden due to the general saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "It is not permissible for a Muslim to boycott his brother for more than three days."

As for exposing him, it is not appropriate. The Sharia has encouraged covering a Muslim's faults while advising him. Scholars have agreed that whoever discovers a flaw or sin in a believer who is not known for evil or widespread corruption, it is recommended to conceal it, based on the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever covers a Muslim, Allah will cover him on the Day of Judgment."
