How is it possible to deal with a wife who conceals information about her family, her place of residence, and her official documents, knowing that she is pregnant and suspicions about her are increasing?

If the questioner did not meet the woman's father and sufficed with her statement that her father عقد الزواج (contracted the marriage), then this is not a valid marriage. This is because marriage (نكاح) is a solemn covenant (ميثاق غليظ) that requires offer and acceptance in the presence of the guardian (wali) and witnesses. Therefore, the relationship must be severed immediately. As for the pregnancy resulting from this union, it is attributed to the questioner if he believed the marriage to be valid, because "the child is for the bed" (الولد للفراش), even if the marriage was invalid, as stated by Ibn Taymiyyah.
