What should a person suffering from cystitis, from whom a white fluid sometimes issues, do if this occurs in the mosque, or on his way to it, or during prayer? Should he abandon the prayer? Is it permissible for him to lead the congregational prayer? Is he required to perform ghusl or change his underwear every time this happens? And is his prayer valid, and is it permissible for him to go to the mosque if he feels there is seminal fluid stuck inside the penis?
The fluid mentioned in the two images is "al-Wadi" (prostatic fluid), and it is impure (najis). It necessitates performing istinja (washing the private parts) and purifying the body and clothes, then performing wudu' (ablution) for prayer.
Upon feeling the discharge of this fluid, one must wash the impure area from the clothes and body, then perform wudu'. It does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath) nor changing clothes. It is permissible for someone from whom al-Wadi has been discharged to lead people in prayer as an Imam, after purifying themselves and performing wudu'.
As for merely feeling the presence of fluid inside the penis without it exiting to the outside, it does not necessitate anything.
