What is the ruling regarding someone who intentionally wrongs his brother and acts tyrannically towards him, exploiting his patience and tolerance, and uses the Hadith: "Whom Allah loves, He gives power over him to one who wrongs him" as a pretext for his wrongdoing?

Oppression is one of the ugliest sins and most severely punished. Allah has forbidden it upon Himself and made it unlawful among His servants, and He has threatened oppressors with severe torment. Therefore, the oppressor must fear Allah and cease his oppression, and let him know that oppression of relatives is even uglier. The oppressed person who patiently endures harm will receive abundant goodness and reward, and will have assistance from Allah.
