Is it forbidden for a son to inherit from his mother after he cursed her a lot and caused her suffering and death, and she told him before her death: "I will not forgive you if you take anything from my money"?

There are three impediments to inheritance: slavery, murder, and difference in religion. Disobedience to parents (ʿUqūq) is not an impediment. Therefore, a disobedient son is not deprived of his inheritance according to Sharia, and his disobedience is among the major sins that necessitate repentance. There is no doubt that supplicating against one's parents is among the greatest forms of disobedience.
