A father has the right to prevent his children, especially his daughters, from using a phone except with his permission, due to the potential harms involved. The need for a phone for young girls is minimal, and their needs can be met through the father's or family's phone.

Thirdly: Staying up late at night after 'Isha' is disliked, except for a valid need or a preponderant benefit, such as prayer or studying lessons, provided it does not lead to missing Fajr prayer. It is in the father's interest to command you to sleep early for rest and to rise for Fajr prayer with energy, and to avoid blameworthy distractions that lead to staying up late. If you have a legitimate need to stay up late, you should be frank with your father and seek his permission.
