Is it permissible to book travel tickets for employees on foreign airlines that serve alcohol, if booking on Saudi Arabian Airlines is not possible?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to be present in places of iniquity, such as where alcohol is consumed, unless there is a necessity. This is based on the Almighty’s saying: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, in that case, you would be like them." (An-Nisa: 140).

Therefore, if there are airlines that do not serve alcohol, it is not permissible to book with companies that do serve it, as this would be assisting in sin. However, if there are no alcohol-free airlines available and there is a necessity to travel, then there is no harm in booking with companies that serve alcohol, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And He has already explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, except what you are compelled to [consume]." (Al-An'am: 119).
