It is impermissible to advertise alcoholic products due to the cooperation in sin involved. The profits of a website that advertises them are mixed, combining lawful and unlawful elements. However, there is no harm to the writer regarding the payment for his good articles. It is preferable to stop writing for this website while advising its administrators to prohibit advertisements for alcohol and unlawful substances. An increase in website visitors is not considered assistance in promoting alcohol. Writing articles in exchange for a percentage of the website's profit is permissible, based on the view that it is permissible for the wage to be a percentage of the profit.
