What is the interpretation of the dislike of braiding hair, tucking up garments, and rolling up sleeves during prayer, based on the hadith: "Nor shall I tuck up a garment or hair"?

It is disliked for the worshipper to braid his hair, or to tuck up his garment, or to roll up his sleeves, even if he did so for a task before the prayer. This is based on the hadith: "I do not tuck up a garment nor hair," and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The likeness of this is like one who prays while tied up." The meaning of "tucking up the garment" is gathering it at the rukoo’ (bowing) or sujood (prostration), or tightening one's waist with something that prevents his garment from touching the ground.
