Does a person sin if they cause someone to apostatize from Islam by clarifying Islamic rulings that do not align with their thoughts, or is it better to leave them in their ignorance?

The truth must be clarified to those who hold a disbelieving belief contrary to Islam, with wisdom and good admonition, while showcasing the merits and comprehensiveness of the religion, and exposing the falsehood of ideas contrary to Islam. If the message is conveyed in this manner, then the duty has been fulfilled, for the duty of the caller [to Islam] is to convey the message, not to guarantee guidance. It is not permissible to distort Islam or alter its truths; rather, one must call for entering into all its teachings and beliefs. If this leads to the person leaving Islam, then there is no sin upon the caller, because he has conveyed the true religion.
