Electronic games and billiards are permissible if they are free from gambling, unlawful mixing (of sexes), wasting time, and missing prayers. Additionally, electronic games must be free from music or unlawful images. As for foosball, it is not permissible to play with it if it contains sculpted figures. Whatever is permissible to play with is permissible to trade in, and whatever is forbidden to play with is forbidden to trade in.
