Is insulting the maternal uncle, who assaulted relatives and those younger than him, included in Allah's saying: "So whoever transgresses against you, then transgress against him in the same measure as he transgressed against you," or is it considered a sin?

The maternal uncle must be respected and treated as a parent, especially if he is older, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The maternal aunt is in the position of the mother," and likewise the paternal uncle. Efforts must be made to reconcile between the maternal uncle and his siblings, as disagreement can lead to discord and the severing of kinship ties. Allah Almighty says: "There is no good in much of their private conversation, except for whoever enjoins charity or what is right or reconciliation between people," and "The believers are nothing but brothers, so make reconciliation between your two brothers."
