What should be done to avoid missing Dhuhr prayer and how should it be performed, given that the new school hours extend from 13:00 to 17:00, and most schools lack a prayer room, or if one exists, sisters cannot access it due to overcrowding with males?

Prayer is one of the greatest rituals of the religion, and it must be observed by performing it at its legally prescribed time, as Allah Almighty says: "Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayer and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient," and His saying, "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-bound ordinance." School students must perform prayer at its time, and they can pray in classrooms or any place within the school, for the entire earth is a mosque. If the school prevents the establishment of prayer, the matter should be raised to the responsible authorities. As for combining two prayers continuously throughout the school months, there is no similar precedent in Islamic law for a resident, even though it is authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, combined prayers in Medina without fear or travel so as not to cause hardship to his nation, but this was not on a continuous basis.
