What is the ruling on delaying the Dhuhr prayer – whose time begins during school hours – until after the end of the school day in order to perform it in a second congregation in a nearby mosque? And what is the best option among praying individually in the mosque, or in a second congregation, or in congregations at home, or in a congregation at school? And is studying considered an excuse for delaying the prayer? And is it valid to use the hadith "when you are free and healthy" as evidence in this case? And what is the strength of the opinion that delaying the second congregation is considered an innovation, and does the Imam's permission change this ruling?

Congregational prayer is valid in any location, though the mosque is preferable. It is not disliked to repeat the congregational prayer in a mosque where it has already been performed, especially if the mosque is in a public thoroughfare, or does not have a resident imam, or if the imam has given permission for it. Therefore, there is no objection to establishing a second or third congregation in the aforementioned mosque if it is in a public thoroughfare, and there is no need to seek the imam's permission. If it is not in a public thoroughfare and you seek permission, it is permissible. There is also no objection to praying in congregation at the school to observe the early part of the prayer time, and it is advisable not to pray individually.
