What is the interpretation of: "Allah provides for whom He wills without measure"?
The noble verse: "And Allah provides for whoever He wills without measure" means that Allah bestows upon whomever He wills among His creation abundant, limitless, and countless provision in this world and the hereafter. As it is stated in the Hadith: "O son of Adam, spend and it will be spent on you," and "Spend, O Bilal, and do not fear poverty from the Lord of the Throne." And the two angels descend every morning; one says: "O Allah, grant compensation to the one who spends," and the other says: "O Allah, inflict destruction upon the one who withholds." And a person's true wealth is what they eat, what they wear, and what they give in charity. And Allah provides in both abodes without measure, for He may expand provision as a means of gradual enticement (istidraj) or as a test.
