How can a graduate return the value of books he borrowed from a school and sold, especially since the school administration has changed?

You must repent to Allah for selling borrowed books. You must return them to the school if they are still available, or purchase replacements and give them to the new administration. There is no need to disclose that these are replacements for books that were wrongfully taken.
