Is it permissible to perform Istikhara despite a feeling of aversion and a dislike of marriage in a specific region?

Istikhara is legislated for marriage to a suitor, and disliking the area he lives in does not affect the permissibility of Istikhara. The most important thing is for the suitor to be a person of religious commitment and good character, as stated in the Hadith: "If someone whose religious commitment and character you approve of proposes to you, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption."
