What is the ruling on teaching someone how to access forbidden websites, then repenting and trying to prevent them, while they continue to use them and remind you that you were the one who taught them, and fearing falling under the scope of the Hadith: "Whoever introduces a bad practice will be burdened with its sin and the sin of whoever acts upon it until the Day of Judgment"?

If the questioner is sincere in his repentance, regrets what he has done, and strives to guide those he misled, then he has fulfilled his duty, and their persistence [in error] will not harm him. Their statement about continuing in sin until they burden him with their transgressions is incorrect, for "one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin," and "no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." However, whoever initiates a bad precedent or calls to misguidance bears the burdens of those who follow him, as Allah the Almighty said: "And they will surely carry their [own] burdens and other burdens along with their burdens," and "That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection, and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge." Whoever repents and makes amends is absolved of that, and his repentance is accepted, even if the effect of his sin remains.
