Is the repentance of one who used to advocate for secularism and liberalism and established a website for that purpose accepted, if he then repented out of fear that the burdens of those he misled would remain upon him?

The servant is obligated to be steadfast in obedience to Allah and to repent and turn to Him if they contravene the Sacred Law. Allah described the pious as those who remember when touched by an impulse from Satan, and He promised forgiveness and mercy to whoever repents and seeks forgiveness. The door of repentance is open to every person as long as the sun has not risen from the west or death is not witnessed. The questioner should act upon His (Allah's) saying: "And establish prayer at the two ends of the day and at the approach of night; indeed, good deeds do away with evil deeds." Among good deeds is closing the page (website) and declaring repentance. Diligence in calling to Allah and clarifying the truth should be increased. Repentance from innovation (bid'ah) is achieved by acknowledging it, retracting from it, and believing the opposite of what was previously believed concerning it.
