Is ghusl required after the emission of madhy following ghusl for janabah?

The thick white fluid that often comes from me, whether it is maniy (semen) or madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath). Rather, it only invalidates wudu' (ablution). This is because if it is madhiy, it does not necessitate ghusl, and if it is maniy, its emission was not in a manner that would necessitate ghusl.
