What is the ruling on being photographed with a disbeliever—a disbelieving teacher?

Scholars have previously differed on the issue of photographic imaging, and the opinion that prohibits what is not necessitated by dire need or pressing necessity holds considerable weight. As for photography merely for the purpose of keeping memories, there is no need for it unless it is hoped to win over the heart of a disbeliever and incline them towards Islam.
