What is the ruling on a girl surrendering to her father who molested her, and her repentance and regret, and what is the ruling on this father, and does he have the right to be obeyed?

Your father has violated religious law and natural disposition, and committed grave acts by what he did with forbidden relatives (mahārim). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever has intercourse with a female whom it is unlawful for him to marry (dhāt mahram), kill him." Advise him, and if he does not accept, then threaten him with exposing the matter to the family and the Sharia courts. Otherwise, leave him and go to one of your relatives, because remaining with him might escalate to undesirable consequences. His right upon you is good treatment within what is recognized (maʿrūf) and this right does not cease, as in the hadith where Asma bint Abu Bakr asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about maintaining ties with her polytheist mother, and he said: "Yes, maintain ties with your mother." However, do not interact closely with him if his condition is as you described.
