I unintentionally made a mistake while saying: "I have believed in Allah as Lord." Is there anything [required] of me?

Whoever said or did something forbidden unintentionally, there is no sin upon him, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred," and based on the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah has overlooked for my Ummah mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." The questioner is advised to avoid obsessive whisperings (waswasah).
