Is the opinion of the majority of scholars to be adopted regarding the issue of Isbal?

However, the majority of scholars hold that it is not forbidden if it is not done out of arrogance. Adopting the view of the majority regarding isbal is similar to any other matter of jurisprudential disagreement among scholars, and the situation differs between a layperson and others.
