We have previously discussed the ruling on triple discount coupons, and our preferred view is that they are prohibited. As for the scenario mentioned in the question, we do not see any objection to it, because the mere selling of coupons to the company that owns the products is permissible. The company's distribution of these coupons for free is a grant from it to its customers, and thus the suspicion of gambling is negated here.
