Is a specific number of sermons for Eid and Istisqa' (prayers for rain) required according to the Maliki school, by analogy with the Friday sermon?

Firstly: It is well-known in the Maliki school of thought that the number of worshippers for Friday prayer is not limited. Rather, what is considered is that they reach a number by which the life of a village can be sustained, such that they are self-sufficient in their livelihood without needing others. It has been narrated from Malik that thirty men or a similar number constitute a congregation, and if they are fewer than that, it is not sufficient for them. Some have mentioned the condition of fifty men, or ten, or twelve.

Secondly: As for the number considered for establishing the two Eid and Istisqa (prayer for rain) sermons, there is no preponderant opinion in the school of thought that specifies it. Some have permitted their establishment with a number less than that required for Friday prayer, because the sermon is not a condition for the validity of Eid and Istisqa prayers.
