A husband must reciprocate his wife's kindness with kindness, and divorce should not be resorted to unless its benefit outweighs other considerations. It is known that if a woman is clearly harmed by her husband, she has the right to seek a divorce. A husband must be just between his wives in financial support. If he falls short in providing for his wife and child, she is permitted to take from his money what suffices her and her child.
