What must a woman who repeatedly committed an act atone for after recovering from a nervous breakdown, and will God punish her for her attempts to kill her son and commit suicide, and for her aggressiveness toward her family during her illness?

Attempting to kill oneself or one's child, or mistreating parents and relatives, if done with full awareness, necessitates repentance to Allah Almighty. However, if it occurs unconsciously, there is no sin in it. One must ease their own burden, avoid excessive rumination on these matters, and remember the vastness of Allah's mercy.
