Who was the first prophet to say "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" (Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim)?

It is not known who first said "Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim" (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) among the prophets or others. However, the first one known to us who said it was Solomon, son of David, peace be upon them both. The Prophet, peace be upon him, wrote it after the revelation of the verse: "Indeed, it is from Solomon, and indeed, it reads: 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.'"
