The answer

Summary of What Invalidates Fasting in the Hanafi Madhhab:

What Does Not Invalidate Fasting: Eating, drinking, or sexual intercourse forgetfully; nocturnal emission; ejaculation due to looking; anointing oneself with oil; cupping; applying kohl; kissing; intentional entry of dust or a fly into the throat; eating food stuck between teeth; unintentional vomiting.

What Requires Qada' (Making Up the Fast) Only: Intentionally re-swallowing vomit; intentionally inducing vomiting; swallowing a pebble or iron; water entering through the anus; ejaculation into a woman's mouth; water entering the ear or nose and reaching the inner cavity; treating a deep wound (ja'ifa) or a head wound reaching the brain (amma) and the medicine reaching the inner cavity or the brain; water entering the urethra (according to the more correct opinion).

What Requires Both Qada' and Kaffarah (Expiation): Intentional sexual intercourse, or intentional eating or drinking (nutriment or medicine). There is no kaffarah for ejaculation without intercourse or for invalidating a fast other than that of Ramadan.
