What is the ruling on entering the toilet or discarding anything that coincides with the wording of the Holy Quran or the names of prophets, when they are personal names, in an disrespectful place?

The mere phonetic agreement of a word with a Quranic word or a name with the name of a prophet does not make it Islamically sacred unless it is coupled with something that indicates glorification, such as "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." The names of prophets alone do not inherently carry the ruling of veneration. Jurists have agreed on the impermissibility of cleaning oneself (istinja') with sacred religious texts. They differed concerning non-sacred texts, and the more preponderant opinion is to avoid placing words and names that carry Islamic sanctity into waste bins, out of consideration for those who deem the letters themselves inviolable. However, merely entering the restroom with them is permissible.
