Is the daughter of the maternal aunt of the mother considered unlawful for the suitor in Islamic law if the suitor's grandmother (the suitor's mother's mother) breastfed the maternal aunt of the suitor's mother? And is it a condition for a testimony regarding the breastfeeding to be present to establish the prohibition, given that the suitor's grandmother mentioned this breastfeeding 44 years after it occurred?

If you suckled from your grandmother five times within the two years [of infancy], she becomes your mother through suckling. Any girl who suckled from her five times within the two years also becomes your sister through suckling. It is not permissible for you to marry her or her daughter, for the daughter of a suckling sister is like the daughter of a blood sister in terms of prohibition. What is prohibited by lineage is also prohibited by suckling. The testimony of one woman regarding suckling is sufficient if it is explained.
