Is it permissible to pray the Friday prayer before its appointed time in a non-Islamic country due to the inability to perform it at the time its [regular] time begins?

The time for Jumu'ah prayer begins when the sun declines from the meridian towards the west, according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion. As for the Hanbalis, they hold that its beginning time is like the beginning time of Eid prayer, meaning from sunrise when it has risen to the height of a spear. Jumu'ah prayer must be performed after the sun's decline, and it is not permissible to miss it except for a valid excuse that would result in harm, such as punishment or dismissal from a job. In such a case, one should pray four rak'ahs of Dhuhr. If a congregation performs Jumu'ah prayer before the sun's decline, following the Hanbali madhhab (definition), their prayer is valid.
