Is it necessary to move the lips when reciting dhikr, such as the dhikr for entering the lavatory, and the dhikr for sleeping and morning, or is it sufficient to say it in one's heart?

Dhikr includes everything that brings a servant closer to Allah, whether it be in belief, thought, or actions of the heart or body. It is performed with the heart, tongue, and limbs. The foundation is the dhikr of the heart through contemplation of Allah's signs and His love, the dhikr of the tongue through uttering every word that brings one closer to Allah, and the dhikr of the limbs through every action that brings one closer to Allah. As for the adhkār (remembrances) that are recited with the tongue, it is necessary to move the tongue and lips; reciting them only with the heart is not sufficient, because recitation or dhikr is not realized except by moving the tongue with the letters.
