Does one sin by participating with his university professors in a system of equal revenue sharing, given the presence of forbidden materials and some transgressions from the professors, or is it obligatory for him to become as independent from them as possible?

"The partnership of bodies (sharikat al-abdan) is permissible according to the majority of scholars. Its characteristic is that individuals share the earnings obtained by their own labor and divide it among themselves. Ibn Qudamah adduced as evidence for its permissibility the actions of the Companions in the Battle of Badr. It is best for a Muslim to choose a Muslim partner who is just and trustworthy. It is disliked to partner with someone who does not avoid dealing with unlawful (haram) earnings. If colleagues do not seek what is lawful in their earnings, it is better to become independent as a precaution for one's religion. However, in situations where this is not possible, there is no harm, and the sin of transgression falls upon the other teacher."
