May Allah reward you for your desire to do good. Know that Allah has commanded us to exert our utmost effort in performing the prescribed acts of worship, striving diligently and emulating the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

Here are some guidelines that will help you draw closer to Allah:

1. Be diligent in fulfilling obligations and duties: Such as performing prayers on time and in congregation with humility, paying zakat, honoring parents, and maintaining ties of kinship; based on the Hadith: "My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more beloved to Me than that which I have made obligatory upon him."

2. Increase in voluntary acts of worship (Nawafil): Such as the regular Sunnah prayers, Duha prayer, Qiyam al-Layl (night prayer), charity, and fasting; based on the Hadith: "My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory deeds until I love him."

3. Possess good character: Such as treating people kindly, doing good to them, suppressing anger, and forgiving; for good character enables its possessor to reach the rank of the one who fasts and prays.

4. Undertake acts of worship according to your capacity: Moderation, moderation, and you will reach your goal. Do not overburden yourself beyond your capacity; for the most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are continuous, even if they are few, and "Religion is easy, and no one will ever try to make this religion difficult except that it will overcome him."
