The previous fatwa regarding the ruling on donating to the needy through the aforementioned website concerned the permissibility of giving donations in principle, and there is no necessary connection between this permissibility and the forbidden matters displayed on the website. Therefore, whoever directs someone to the website for donation does not incur sin, because the guidance was towards a legitimate service. The donor must fear Allah and lower his gaze from forbidden things, and his sin falls on him alone, for Allah Almighty says: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." Entering the website is similar to entering a marketplace to buy permissible things, despite the presence of objectionable matters within it.
