We have clarified that the intermediary does not deserve a commission for transactions in which he expended no effort; rather, he would be taking it unlawfully, and the sin would be upon him if he insists on taking it. The commission that the car owner pays to the intermediary is an exclusive right of the car owner, and the company has no relation to it.
