What was the most frequent action performed by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, or the most beloved of deeds to his heart?

The life of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was natural and ordinary in his home and with his family. He would assist his family with household chores and would go out for prayer upon hearing the call to prayer (adhan). He frequently used the miswak and encouraged his community to do so, especially with every ablution (wudu) and prayer, to the extent that he said: "Were it not that I would overburden my community, I would have commanded them to use the miswak with every prayer." The first thing he would do upon entering his home was to use the miswak. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also expressed his love for three things: women, perfume, and the comfort of his eye in prayer.
