Is expiation required for accompanying a young man—over the phone and during the daytime in Ramadan—in arousing his lust, without ejaculation, and is there a sin incurred by keeping a picture that was sent to him, and what are the consequences of that?

Allah loves those who repent and transforms their bad deeds into good ones. Therefore, one must have a good opinion of Him and disregard the whispers of Satan. The fast is valid as long as nothing exited from me, and there is no need for a makeup fast nor expiation, because expiation is only obligatory for intercourse. There is no sin in the young man keeping the picture as long as the repentance is sincere and effort has been made to delete it.
