Should the person with urinary incontinence perform ablution after the Friday call to prayer if they missed part of the sermon?

The Friday prayer is like any other; a person afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence or constant discharge) should not perform ablution for it until its time has begun. However, according to the opinion that the time before zawal (meridian, when the sun begins to decline) is valid for the Friday prayer, then there is no harm in him performing ablution before zawal. Nevertheless, it is more cautious for him to perform ablution after zawal.
