Is it permissible to go to a woman who treats with the Qur’an, seeks the help of jinn, and asks for the recitation of Surat Al-Baqarah daily for 20 days?

Reciting Surat Al-Baqarah is a powerful means of healing, especially for demonic possession and sorcery, because it expels jinn and sorcerers cannot withstand it. It contains a verse that can be used to nullify sorcery, which is verse 102. Seeking assistance from jinn is forbidden and a means to associate partners with Allah. It has not been proven that the Prophet (peace be upon him) or his companions sought their assistance in healing or anything else.
