Does a person afflicted with urinary incontinence perform the night vigil prayers with a single ablution?

It is permissible for someone afflicted with urinary incontinence to perform the entire Qiyam al-Layl (night prayer) with a single ablution, due to the difficulty and hardship involved in renewing ablution, based on the Almighty's saying: "And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty," and His saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
