Who are those whose testimony is not accepted, and does that include camel and sheep herders, and teachers of children and and girls?

For a testimony to be accepted, seven conditions are stipulated: Islam, sanity, puberty, freedom, alertness, uprightness (adalah), and absence of accusation. The profession of the witness does not inherently invalidate the testimony, but rather the failure to meet the aforementioned conditions. There are types of testimonies that are not accepted, such as false testimony or a son's testimony for his father. The jurists also mentioned other impediments to the acceptance of testimony, such as heedlessness, or if the witness gains benefit or averts harm through it.
