Is a person considered to have abandoned prayer if they only pray Friday prayers and a little between Fridays, and are they considered a disbeliever and an apostate from their religion because they told religious jokes, not knowing that these jokes reached the level of disbelief and polytheism, even though they fast, pray, seek forgiveness, and believe in God?

Neglecting prayer after puberty due to laziness is a grave sin, but it does not amount to disbelief (kufr). One is advised to maintain prayers and to make up for any missed prayers after reaching puberty. As for jokes that involve mockery and belittling of religious rituals, these are an act of disbelief (kufr) that expels one from the faith, even if the person is unaware that it constitutes disbelief. Such an individual must repent for what they have done. Repentance atones for all sins, including polytheism (shirk). This ruling applies if the person was an adult at the time of the mockery; as for a minor, apostasy does not occur from them.
