What is the ruling on seeking help from an old woman who treats with ruqyah, herbs, cupping, and by applying sulfur and gunpowder to wounds? And is that considered sorcery?

If a woman is not known to deal with jinn or sorcerers, nor with charlatanry or witchcraft, but is known for her medical practice, then there is no harm in seeking treatment from her and using permissible herbs. Cupping (hijama) is also one of the effective prophetic remedies.
